Attitude towards the customer
As a long-term customer of Nordic banka, they should be humiliated and insulted that I am no longer a customer, but a device for a robot. At the time, taking a loan for my only family home, Nordic Bank offered me the status of a customer they had created, namely a Gold customer. Nice, less%, some actions even without them. Everything was fine until the bankers dared to say clearly and concisely that their main goal was MONEY. True, in my understanding, this is indeed the foundation and essence of the banking business. However, if the customer is not the same company as the bank, but is a LIVING PERSON, they would also like to enjoy a dignified treatment for a LIVING PERSON, regardless of the number of years and † Companies account.
