The staff does not know how to greet and be polite
Every time going to the fast food restaurant ordering food I started a conversation with a polite greeting hello or good evening, In 8 months , I have never received such an answer in return, only the standard - a drink? sauce? will it be all? And that's all. Is it really that hard to be polite and greet? Isn't it taught at work? I work with clients and greet everyone completely, it is not difficult for me, but it has been taught from childhood. Please instruct your staff to be polite! Thanks!
