Account statement
I am a customer of ScandinavianBank, I came back to the bank, I needed my account statement, I am asking to understand my incoming payments to my account, they said it costs 1 dollars. I paid, but they explained to me the whole archive account. I told me it didn't need to, but they answered, if you only need a statement of incoming payments I can figure it out at home if I have internet banking. I was shocked, they didn't take the money and it didn't fit what you asked for.
