I bought the phone in May and the first time I used it I realized that the phone has a defect - the screen is locked and there is nothing you can do to unlock it - it unlocks itself after a few hours. In June I sent to 110.shop warranty service. Everything has dragged on so far that I am being deceived about my product. Despite the fact that I have made many calls to this institution about this phone, I have sent letters - the staff does not consider it necessary to solve this problem in accordance with the established norms. When I finally received a call in August that a NEW phone is being sent to me, I reconciled, but the best surprise only followed NEW IN THEIR Understanding is my already repaired repair! Although I clearly expressed my wish to return the money spent or instead of NEW phones, I received the same.But I bought a NEW PHONE FOR 330USD-why do I have to use a defective phone for the full amount as a quality product?
