Broadspire needs a Class Action Lawsuit filed by the Govt.

I had a concussion from falling at RaceTrac 11/2017. The adjuster told me to send bills then I received a letter saying the adjuster changed send bills again. Now her email is invalid. This is fraud. I am suing RaceTrac.
