I can’t get ahold of anyone every time I push on the phone number it sends me to a form to put my email in and I would have to agree to their terms of service I just want to talk to a human being and

I want a human being to talk to about the fact someone chooses to disallow all my medications without telling me what medications that are allowed. Don’t buy this trip insurance.

We submitted a claim over eight months ago and Broadspire management has not given us our refund. We have submitted all the documentation and doctor’s report as they requested. We had to cancel our cruise because my wife acquired lukemia and could not travel. They are not a good insurance provider.
