Was involved in car accident 12/08/19, the driver was in rental with Getaround who Broadspire insures. The adjuster came off like claim would be addressed but for weeks I have been getting the run around. My car still damaged when I have given all information asked of me. I should not treated unfairly especially when its not my fault. I am unable to make any money driving with a ride share company with a damage vehicle. They also never answer the phone, always voicemail; this is the California claims center I was given to supposedly help me.
