Not happy bunny

non uk call centres with south africans who cannot be understood on phone, meter reading entered wrong , bills incorrect, shambles of a service User’s recommendation: not use british gas.
Couldnt get through I need to know when my boiler was last checked with British Gas, when I was with you??
I am waiting for your engineer to arrive???? Please tell me why. Should have been here this morning between 0800and1300 no call not arrived. User’s recommendation: Zilch.
On vulnerable service, suppose to get call out to boiler within 4 hours. Still waiting since yesterday evening. Suppose to call today between 8am and 6pm? Your phone service is absolutely disgusting. Voice Mail useless. User’s recommendation: Very good in past. Present time USELESS. Would not recommend.
