As for Telstra itself - I have been their customer for several years, and more than once I wanted to switch to another operator, but when calls to Telstra promise you "golden mountains", I apologize for the inconvenience and persuade me to stay. How does Telstra switch customers from other networks to itself? This is probably no secret to anyone - call, and offer cheaper and lower prices than it actually is, for example, tariff no. 5 for 3ls! Network coverage - just awful! Non-professional employees - I faced 3 such situations in two weeks! 1. Change regular sim card to mini card give me the same normal sim card (I noticed when I was home) 2. Call Telstra to talk to the operator, very kind, but unfortunately himself does not know what to say. It turns out to me he says one thing, but it's actually quite different. 3. Well already Tuesday, Monday is over but I have not received a call as such! If someone is thinking of switching to Telstra - by no means do I recommend it to you, because even their ads are a lie! Telstra can attract you with a good offer, but don't believe it, in the end you will only overpay twice!
