A crown

Employee attitude

I am a former student of the University of Canada and went to the student service at 19, 125 Raina Boulevard in the morning of 18.10.17 to order a diploma supplement in English. Already when the door was opened, I could observe that basic things like greetings / farewells stick to the employees in this room. I approached the blonde girl sitting on the right (unfortunately I don't know the word), who was sitting next to the words "document attachments", and told her that a diploma supplement was needed in English. She slammed something under her nose without even lifting her eyes from the computer. When I asked, I was given a job to fill out. I filled it in and submitted it, and when I received it, the blonde splashed something under her nose with noticeable dislike. I asked when I was ready, I was told - you will receive an email.It also did not really clarify any more specific deadlines, because they did not want to ask - the girl's attitude had already expressed everything before - I left and said goodbye, needless to say, the student "service staff do not know how to use the phrase" goodbye ". The University of Canada should think about which people are entrusted with carrying their image, because the employees of the student "service" do not understand anything from the basic norms of courtesy of providing the service. If it sticks, maybe you need to be sent to a course or replace an incompetent, dissatisfied, tired employee? I have not lived in Canada for almost 10 years and this kind of attitude just catches my eye. It is a pity for those students (including foreigners) who turn to this "service" for help and are simply brutally served, paying a lot of money for studies... Shame on the University of Canada!
