Service does not match price

Price options for entrance tickets are not clearly explained. The parent has to buy a ticket and only then the children are invited, etc. Most of the guides do not speak American. Speaks English or broken foreign. Guides not interested. You have to bother with the questions yourself. Many devices have technical problems. Do not go or technical break. The child is photographed and sold at the exit in a 7 USD magnet picture All master classes for money (about 10 USD each)
