No contact at all….. all phonelines disconnected…. no email available and I wish to god that I had checked the online reviews before booking. Avoid these useless tossers like the plague.

I’ve refunded my ticket but I haven’t got my money back yet.

We have ordered 3 ticket and there was a valid in the date Ive clicked on, until now you havent refunded my money back, even no one is answering when Im calling, this is a bad service, I hope I can get a call back soon to get my money back.

"Bid on an item that was totally misrepresented. They are abusive, rude, and vindictive. They left a negative review on Invaluable, which gives buyers no recourse, so I constantly have to deal with it."
