My flight was changed and need a new date.

I just want confirmation that I get to see my family and they STILL havent provided me with a new ticket that was changed without my approval. I will never ever buy from them again. How can they still be in business?

Nobody ever bloody picks up calls

Pick the calls please *** horrible customer service havent got my refund in over a year now. Given the pandemic its been very difficult. Ruthless company and people have sent so many bloody mails over at least 100. Worst company ever!!
