Horrible customer service, avoid this company!

They have no means of being contacted should you need to change, or cancel your flight, let alone request a refund. There are no emails to write on, their telephones are dead. User’s recommendation: The worst company ever. Please avoid them.

Dear BravoFly Team, I booked today my flights from Hamburg to New Delhi under booking ID: 180882****. Through Bravo Fly India Portal.
