They keep me from relaxing in my holidays

No service, not reachable, they simply ignore you even though the issue was caused by the airline. Worst service ever. User’s recommendation: If you want to enjoy your holidays do NOT book with them!

Booking ID: 178404**** Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe Flüge von Hamburg Abflug am 17.07.2021 über Bravofly.de gebucht. Die Fluggesellschaft hat am 15.06.2021 die gebuchten Flüge storniert. Die Nachricht habe ich über Bravofly.de per Mail erhalten. Ich habe daraufhin am 22.06.2021 die Rückerstattung beantragt. Am 06.07. habe ich die Rückerstattung bekommen und es wurde 50 Euro... Problème de réservation

Inadmissible. Largent de ma réservation à été débité de ma carte sans jamais arriver aux mains de lhôtel où je logeais. Ce qui ma valu de repayer 4 nuits entières à mes frais, alors que javais déjà payé à BravoFly. Jai tenté par la suite de contacter Bravofly, sans succès. Jai donc ordonné à ma banque lannulation...
