Complaint of dryer not getting hot

Very poor customer service. Still waiting for reply to my email dated July 9th. They confirmed receipt of email and said they would reply within 24 hours. Maybe I’ll get a response within 24 days.

Wanted to return a massage chair. Contacted the store several times. Said I would pay for pick up and restocking. Was told no returns on this item. Sent emails to customer service. No response.
