I purchased 4 appliances from BrandsMart Refrigerator, Samsung Washer, Gas Dryer, and Frigidaire Oven.

The washer did not work after 3 loads, stopped on the 4th. The technician James changed the entire electronic board. The Gas Dryer also Samsung is not working! James the same technician claimed, the drum is rubbing against the frame, contact the retailer. The so-called customer service manager claimed Brandsmart not responsible. I purchased a refrigerator from your Doraville location on September 7th. My delivery has been canceled twice call your customer service was disconnected. NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT BRANDSMART

i BOUGHT 2 “SUPPOSED” LEATHER CHAIRS AT BRANDS MART TWO YEARS AGO FOR $800 AND ALSO BOUGHT A WARRANTY. SALESMAN ASSURED ME THAT CHAIRS WERE MADE IN US. I PAID BRANDS MART FOR FIRST YEAR. CHAIRS BEGAN TO RIP THE FIRST YEAR. THEN I DISCOVERED CHAIRS WERE MADE IN CHINA….

I bought a new phone for my daughter. We had to replace the sim card, which we did. at 22. 55, the card is not registered in the network yet. I called the AuMobile center twice, promised to come soon. We are waiting... Well, no attitude...
