The car rental company GRaN MOTION sold the car without selling it, so by hand that something where the parking lot should be. The company representative was oiled. The parking lot was poorly lit, it was not possible to assess the condition of the car in detail, the car had several scratches. When handing over the car, the company's representative did not return to the machine, did not see it and again indicated by hand that somewhere the parking lot was a parking place. Representatives of the company were not present, neither in my handing over nor in the receipt. Next day we will receive an invoice of 700 dollars for two as new scratches! We use our car very carefully, we are pedantic and we can saythat we return the machine the same way we receive it. We contacted the company's employees in Oakland and London, but never interested in solving the problem.
