Defective Product and Terrible Delivery
I want to warn future customers - I NEVER recommend buying with delivery and engage in discussions with this company! The following situation: I ordered and paid for a kitchen leather chair on 13. 10. 2017, after a week around 21:00 I see that the phone has a missed call - redial and it turns out that the courier passed and wanted to deliver the chair - but did not think to warn me before, it seems that it is normal to deliver the product without warning at 21:00! Ok, let's talk about another day. After a week I wondered where my chair is (it seems that I forgot about this chair) and brought it at 19:00 on the same day. The next day, researching the ordered chair, I found that there is no single screw and the leather material is torn. I wrote to Optimus e-mail with pictures and received the answer - "How much claim was filed later, that within 14 days, then we will replace the damaged part and deliver the missing one, instead of changing the whole chair. "But HOW could I file a claim sooner than I received the chair?! No logic! And ready to exchange damaged parts in any store (which is at least 40 km away from my city), BUT if I ordered the product with delivery and pay for it AU$ 6. 50, then probably there was a reason? Yes, my fuel costs will be higher if I pick up the product myself! To supply damaged and missing parts I refuse... As a result, I have a damaged chair (which does not even have all the details) for which I paid AU$ 40 and which cannot be used. Ideal!
