Order and billing

order 1 pkg of bowl sparkle and 1 promo deal of bowl sparkle. I did not wish it to expedited but was charged-went back to correct but then was charged half price for the expedited shipping fee. Didn’t hear anything about shipping yet. It has been more than 2 weeks after order. How many more weeks need to be shipped out? User’s recommendation: Ask shipping time when you order it. Same day I ordered other product which I received it more than week ago.

What a racket. I have a simple request and customer service doesn’t answer and I get sent to a page where I have to join a trial for $1 to get my question answered

I need to have the $9.98 taken off my order for expedited shipping. I it the wrong button. I am 79 and have some vision problems in one eye. I can’t afford that amount for shipping.D User’s recommendation: Don’t make any mistakes when you order because you have to jump through.

So, 1st it came in a generic box, and of course I bought 2 when they offered it at half price. Wow, not ! WORD about BOWL SPARKLE on it!!! BIG SCAM!!!! User’s recommendation: ALWAYS Consult Google Reviews before any purchase. Lesson learned here!!
