The product had to be delivered on November 15, we waited half a day when Venipak courier announced that the product could not be delivered on that date. The courier was not very kind, but we agreed that the product would be delivered on November 16 at noon at the latest. As the delivery was not made at the agreed time on November 16, we called the courier, who replied rudely that he would deliver when we could wait. The product was delivered late in the afternoon. I made complaints to him about the time we spent two days - the courier again behaved rudely. In addition, he did not even make sure to whom the goods are delivered, only insisting on "bases on top" to sign on the display faster, although I inform that I represent the consignee of the goods on the basis of a power of attorney,I showed the power of attorney and asked if it was necessary to record its data? I also wanted to make sure the delivery date of the item was recorded (or not the previous day when the delivery was not made), but the courier ignored my question. The courier also ignored the recipient's right to inspect the goods (eg for damaged packaging) before signing. The "nail for everything" was when I was presented with a signature display and had nothing to sign with - I ask - with whom to sign? The courier said - with his finger. I had never experienced such uncivilized service and rude behavior (only that slanderous words were not used!), Disregard for other people's time. Overall, the worst impression was left of VENIPAK's company and level of service.
