Poor service
On Monday, my purchased item - the pamper was delivered to the courier. Usually the product is already present the second morning. This time I received an SMS that the item will be delivered on Tuesday, but another 15:00 from the courier no news. We live near Brisbane. The product is sent from Brisbane. 15:00 call to the courier - it will be in an hour and a half, not earlier than 18: 00-18: 30. Please, but then definitely at least you will be today? The courier starts rumoring something again about impassable roads in Medemciems, even though we have asphalt almost to the house. After 19:00, the courier no longer picks up the phone. Venipak office is not callable and you cannot send a message to them either - throw errorus... On Wednesday morning, neither the courier nor venipak can be called again. I receive an sms that the product will be delivered on Wednesday. Another courier arrives - the product in the car turns out not to be at all! Maybe at another courier. The most real of Sharashin's office! The child was left without pampers overnight because of them!
