I don't order the required 2 samples

I ordered an order from the Douglas Online Store, but I didn't get 2 free samples. I wanted them to be sent to me, but I write that I apologize and add them to me another time in another order... so never. It is highly advertised on their page that each order is eligible for 2 free samples, but this is not the case in life.
