Very poor service

Today I wanted to eat a Burger King, I drove a car, thought to order through the drive-in. I had already prepared a list of what I would order in the Burger King phone program. I came to the microphone, waiting for someone to accept my order. In front of 2 cars, I waited for 7 minutes, the first car got the food leaves, I was standing and I am still waiting for someone to accept my order, it takes 5 minutes and the second car also leaves in front of me, still my order has not been accepted by anyone, I drove to the Burger King box itself, I have heard that you can also name your order there, so I drove, I am waiting.. No one is coming.. After about 5 minutes she (the woman with headphones through which adopted the order), you look at me from a distance and put your headphones other colleague, think either immediately and has come.. No, do not come, take orders right there inside, I thought, well, well, maybe there a lot of people, I'll wait for another.. I parked for another 10 minutes, finally someone comes to my side..
