Terrible experience with Boscovs online order

I ordered an item on Dec. 9. Expected delivery date was Dec. 14. Today is Dec. 21 and the item has not showed up. Neither FedEx nor Boscovs can tell me anything about it. Thousands spent on a sectional including every warranty/protection offered and now being denied for a problem I specifically asked and was assured was covered! User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your time or money.
