Terrible experience with Boscovs online order

I ordered an item on Dec. 9. Expected delivery date was Dec. 14. Today is Dec. 21 and the item has not showed up. Neither FedEx nor Boscovs can tell me anything about it. It took me over an hour on the phone to contact Boscovs customer service. Their answer: just keep waiting, it will eventually show up. Extremely unfriendly and useless customer service representative. User's recommendation: Do NOT use Boscovs online ordering. It sucks!
