Spoke to John from customer service at Boscovs , he informed me my photos and information was forward to the company and they should get back to me in 7 to 14 days , that was Wednesday June 23 Rd 2021 , nothing yet , thank you for following up up cupup
Hi I sent Boscovs pictures and a letter explaining the issues , I called today and Boscovs said they were forwarding my claims to customer service and to the furniture company directly and I had to wait 10 days June 23 Rd 2021
