2008. On August 23, 2006, I bought women's shoes in the amount of USD 49.90 in the store "Aleksandra" of the shopping center "Alfa". After using the shoes for a little over a month, the heel broke and the sole began to come off. On September 28, 2008, I submitted a written application to the store and demanded a refund for the low-quality product. On October 3, 2008, I received a phone call from the store "Aleksandra", where a store representative offered to repair shoes. I refuse the repair. On October 6, 2008, a store representative called again and offered to exchange shoes for equivalent ones. When asked if I was not satisfied with the offer in the store or if it would be possible to return the money for the shoes, the store representative answered in the affirmative. I arrived at the store on October 11, I looked at the offer and concluded that I did not like any of the shoes, so I asked the sellers to return the money, but they refused to comply with my request. When asked why it was said over the phone that it will be possible to get the money back, the seller replied that he could not believe me: D and that today is Saturday, so it is impossible to check: D to wait for a call on Monday... Written answer to the store application I have not received any refunds, although the CRPC regulations state that the store must respond to a written application in writing within 10 days. Well, today I sent a letter to the CRPC about this case...
