Tuesday around 12. 30... Both times I promise to hand over the shipment for the "evening" change... In fact, it doesn't happen - tonight at 19. 25 shipment instead of receiving sms that delivery will take place tomorrow! Of course, tomorrow everything will start all over again - you will call during the day, promise to deliver in the evening, but in the evening I will receive an SMS that I am not at home! Nightmare! In addition to the number (20386120), from which an SMS is sent to me that I was not present and the delivery will take place the next day, I sent an SMS several times that the delivery contains an indication of delivery after 19. 00. Venipak ignores it - customer instructions at one place, sms is not read... Yes and it is not possible to call a phone number - it is busy all the time. In turn, the customer number indicated on the venipak website is a toll number (neither mobile nor Optus).
