have been with boost 10 years plus and when they went to 5g there are no towers in my area and no coverage and cannot go back to 4g lte now my new phone is useless cause of no sevice in my area
I purchased phone (Boost Mobile on-line) package delivered damaged, crushed/ box open. Phone do not work. Tried to call customer service, not making any sense. I want to return phone for one that isn’t damaged User’s recommendation: No customer service for this issue?

I was in the middle of a call and the phone quit. No sign or signal. then after a few minutes it show a circled charging sign and nothing else. i then applied the charger and it did show a smaller sign of charging….still nothing else I held the on button till it did show start up...
