Warranty Service
Very low quality of service. When handing over several hundred worth of phone for warranty repair, it was not possible to give a replacement phone for repair time. The software repair took more than a week (normal paid repairs are handled during the day). Delivery of the telephone from the repair center in chaka Street to the Telstra Center in Freedom Street takes TWO days. As soon as the phone's warranty period has expired, I will go to another operator and recommend others to do the same.
