Waited 30 min in queue-never got through to support

BooksaMillion- waited 30 minutes in customer support queue only to be told when I was #1 in queue that customer support was closed!!!(even though their recording said they were open) The reason I waited 30 min was because they dropped my call when I was at #3 on the first attempt. User’s recommendation: Find another bookstore!
