Queen mattress

We bought a queen mattress on may 20th and it sunk 3 inches within 8 months. We brought the receipt in because that was all that was given to us to ask about the warranty. We were told that because it has a stain and we didn’t buy a protective cover which, was never told to us... Read more➤
I bought table with 6 chairs from the company Bonanza Furniture. I paid for the order, but received total rubbish. The table and chairs didn’t look as it was on the website. I received the warranty and hoped to use it or exchange it for some info regarding our boss. The seller of course refused to change... Read more➤

Service staff

A place that has been disappointed many times. Every time I go, hoping that the attitude of the service staff will change. Than! Today put an end. This is a short-haired blonde, but I'll visit her again to find out her name... 1) The first complaint from customers was that they don't know where the end of the line is (as customers may know that all tables are busy!?) 2) 30 times everyone walks by, but in 20 minutes they don't come, they don't come to customers. 3) When ordering a drink that is ready to be prepared right away - have to wait 20 minutes and then the request arrives - will you also need a straw?! (Exceptif you don't have to!) Of course then wait another 5 minutes. 4) When asking for an invoice, it sounds- ALREADY?! 5) Arrive from the back, take away one soft drink. 6) Seeing that the payment is made in cash, tell- And don't be surprised if such money ever comes back to you! (What is it?! It's not money?!) 7) The point is that the other two drinks, which were not drunk, are immediately taken away! "Super "blonde! Just send this to the market so you can show where the line ends and how much money to pay!
