Damage

Hi, bad experience with berga photo. The child's face was damaged in the kindergarten group's picture. His eyes were distorted to his side. Asking the company why you did this, we received an answer that the gaze was "justified" because the child had not looked at the camera! But a child is a child he will watch anywhere, not where he needs to! We asked for the original to be presented, the photo yes was a glance facing somewhere else. BUT this does not mean that it can damage a child's face. Even very low quality! If you can't work with a photo shop, don't replace it at all! When we asked us to print the original, we agreed, BUT sent back the same old, fuzzy picture! Of course, we gave up!
