Fraudsters / shame for the whole American tourism industry

This is when we use car rental services in USA and abroad. So far, we have never had a problem with car rental until we use Green Motion USA. Poor service will start when you receive the car. Although the car was pre-booked online, the airport must call an employee to obtain the keys. We get a pretty scratched car. Once again, we have never received such a damaged car in USA or abroad as a damaged car. After handing over the car, we will receive an e-mail with an invoice for 216 dollars for the repair of the damage and 72.60 dollars for the administration costs, as well as a photograph showing the person, which were not at the time of transfer. There is no employee receiving or handing over the car. We know clearly that no new damage has occurred while using the car. Reading the reviews on the Internet, it can be seen that many Green Motion USA customers have such an experience. Although compensation is claimed for the repair of the damage, the next customer receives the car with all the damage, the fee charged is not used for the repair. Unfortunately, we are starting to read the feedback too late, because there were no problems with other autonomous ones and we already think that we can trust them. It is noticeable that in USA there are still such offices of fraudsters and thieves, which damage the entire tourism industry and reduce the joy of traveling to USA. This experience creates a negative image for the entire tourism industry and resonates in many other sectors. Steal the rich will not remain. When robbing one tourist, you should be aware that bad news will spread faster than good and the traveler will not only choose not to return to USA again, but will also tell his friends and acquaintances. Only quality and honest action can make you money in the long run.
