Fraud. Non-refundable money.

So from the company "proffit" customer watch (15.06.2020). I have been waiting for the product for 44 days and did not wait. A refund was requested on 29.07.2020 and no refunds have been made for the projects until 27.08.2020. For a whole month, I agreed to speed up the process and send a message to the accounting. Human deception office. I filed a complaint with the police regarding non-compliance with the obligations of companies and fraudulent activities.
