Incorrect staff
I was logged in to this service to make a referral. A specific time and date were negotiated. Arriving at the agreed time, the employee said that the alignment did not work today. I drove all over the city, through traffic jams, wasting my time and fuel, but they couldn't even just call and tell me not to drive today. Thank you. Hopefully someone will see this complaint and go to another service.
