They are working overtime to get overdraft money. Been w them for years but FENETO. Automated system does NOT match online info Plus…money is going missing. Do NOT trust this bank. User’s recommendation: Stay Away.
Customer service telephone number provided asking for temporary passcode what is never been provided to me and after that get disconnected. Any written requests through bank website have not been answered. User’s recommendation: try avoid them.
RI have been with Harris for many years. It really sucks now. Their automated phone lines are constantly being changed, “To better improve your experience” which only makes it worse. This bank used to be good….. Not anymore. I’m going to start looking for somewhere else. User’s recommendation: RUN!!!
Car was repossessed, BMO Harris is not applying the payments to auto loan correctly. My loan account shows payments are up to date with no past due balance, and customer service cant find the checking account used to pay car loan. They are reporting wrong info to credit bureaus. And I’m getting the run around from everyone...

The complaint concerns Surgatenkov, a surgeon in the surgery department. Please tell me, how can such a doctor be entrusted with the operation of a child who has been in hospital for 4 months? And once again, the child must be placed on the operating table through the fault of the doctor? Such a doctor cannot be present even with animals. Where does management look? A small child has already endured so much. And again. Routine operation on sawing. What's really going on there?
