Failed Children's Party

In advance (01/10/2020) by booking a specific time and day for a children's party (12/10/2020) by phone in McDonald's (Coastal Massif at the South Bridge) and leaving the contact phone for communication, I received confirmation from the manager, who stated that it is necessary to arrive and make some payment by 07/10/2020. For a BIG surprise... when we arrived on 05/10/2020 to pay for the ordered event, we received an answer that there will be NO PARTIES, because we see what other customer has arrived, paid for and booked our children's party time. McDonald's was completely OPPOSITE, which was why we had to leave contact if no one asked us or we wouldn't. Of course, the manager could not offer an alternative. I do not recommend this place to anyone for children's parties,so as not to disappoint you or your guests. Real FUI for this McDonald!
