Poor service

We are very dissatisfied with the service. Complaints are called countless times. Yesterday the electricity disappeared from the whole house... It is said that in two days the master will come.. No one is driving.. Do you really have to have an accident to open your eyes? Replacing the cork Doesn't help... Do your work for what it costs you!?
