Load money on card and now can’t send money or take money off card. OPPS an error has occurred pops up every time. Tried calling the 800 # to only getting run around the menu a half a dozen times.

Bluebird closed my acct rejected my social security then reopened the acct saying it was closed in error. Is it open or closed… who knows because you can’t get through on pho e llnes!
My check that was pre authorized did not go through and now checks arent granted at a bank in my neighborhood also the amount you are able to receive of your money everyday is ridiculous I would not advise anyone to deal with American Express bluebird cards you cant use your pin number for cash back
