Unauthorized transaction a on my card.

I put $500 on my Bluebird card the day I bought it on 13 March 2021. Someone from Mac cosmetics made more than 15 transactions and used all my money. I would like to have my $500 returned to my card.

Need to download March Bank statement

The new app is so hard to navigate and it seems everytime I try to use it something else has changed. User’s recommendation: Don’t use it unless you’re just going to make it an online shopping card.
