Insecure building

2017. In August, the Building Board of Ikshkile municipality carried out an inspection to establish whether the building managed by CS Komercserviss in TinuZhu sh. 9, Ikshkile the basic requirements of regulatory enactments are observed and it is safe for habitation. An opinion has been drawn up listing at least 10 different shortcomings. The general conclusion is that the building is not safe and the condition of the building is deteriorating. CS Komercserviss does not comply with Mk regulations no. 907 “On residential house inspection, maintenance, routine repairs and energy efficiency requirements”.
