Blocked sim card

I bought an Amigo prepaid card at Plata Street 8 in Hobart Post Office called Russia and the next day the area disappeared, I turned to AuMobile service in the center I explained that I need to change the card and pay for it. Where is the guarantee that the zone will not disappear again tomorrow. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and covering the loss, you are simply told this is it. Left Office!
