After contacting Blinds.com, I received a phone call from Rochelle. Call was professional, she listened carefully. After discussion she said pics would be helpful. I ordered 1 blind. Just one. It has taken them over a month to make them. To date I have called 4 times to check status and keep being told the factory ran out of material. Today I was told it would ship this week not to arrive for 5-7 days. Which IF it shows up next... Read more➤
