Pissed off havent gotten my refund

so I ordered a laptop on Walmart.com. ordered a laptop on Walmart.com didn’t realize it was refurbished and the laptop hard drive was no good returned it and they said they issued walmart a refund and called walmart they said they issued a refund on july 15 but i have yet to receive it
