I have called t mobile 6 times to resolve the issue and they said it is my phone. they get the texts on their side. User’s recommendation: dont buy a blackview.
I’ve had this phone I got thru Amazon for 4 or 5 weeks. It has never rang one time. This is a horrible problem in that I only get voicemails and usually too late for a decent response.
