Fault with my Blackview phone not charging properly

Blackview don’t have a direct customer line, so you cannot speak to anyone. I’ve tried emailing them and contacting them through Facebook and messenger so far have had no response at all. Phone charging very slow

My phone will not charge up when switch on and when it’s switched of it takes 2 hours for it to charge just 7 units User’s recommendation: Being able to speak to a person.

Do not honour Error code 80010
