Check on subscription status

I didn’t catch the ladies name. The 1st time I called, I was talking to a machine. It didn’t understand what I was saying. The next time I called, I got right through. I had no more trouble. The person I spoke to was very nice and helpful. User’s recommendation: Likely.

Trying to cancel is a nightmare

I am trying every number I can find to call, and end up either with a language I dont recognize or messages that say thats not a valid option User’s recommendation: Don’t subscribe.

No delivery to receiver of Christmas gift

I sent a subscription for Christmas to a friend and gave you my Visa number to pay each month and she hasn’t received any copies and I have gotten no notices why this happened

Trying to cancel my subscription

It’s easy to start a subscription with birds and bloom. But it’s horrible to try and cancel it. I was given a number to call and when I called it was a recording for Readers Digest (?) User’s recommendation: I wouldn’t recommend this magazine.
