I ordered and paid for a subscription that was never received and then ordered another one. I found confirmation of the first. And I’m not angry

Kept getting Readers Digest customer service!! Which is listed as Birds and Blooms

See above…not correct phone number listed for customer service. Was Readers Digest customer service number. Incorrect information and many questions ti answer PRIOR to even getting to this point! User’s recommendation: Don’t purchase…too difficult to cancel subscription.

I did ask for both Country and Birdsandblooms to be canceled when I called. I need to receive a confirmation that both were canceled! No more fees! I’m on a limited budget!

Let me know if my cancellation came through-no more magazines! I did get a refund on the Country Extra and the Birdsandblooms Extra. So thank you for that! I appreciate this.
